Legal Information
Effective 8 October 2026. This page explains the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK. It forms part of our Terms of Service (see section 13).
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
Jasper Client licenses are digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you are asked to request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If you give that request and acknowledgment, your right of withdrawal ends when your license key is delivered. If you did not give it, your statutory right of withdrawal applies as described below.
Where your right of withdrawal still applies, tell us within the withdrawal period by using the withdrawal form on your order page, or by opening a ticket in the official Jasper Discord with your order ID and a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
If you withdraw validly, we will refund all payments received for that order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we agree otherwise, and you will not be charged a fee for the refund. The license attached to the order ends when the refund is issued.
This page does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described. Those rights apply regardless of whether your right of withdrawal has ended.
